F.A.Q.
The price of the house depends on the square footage of the log walls. The price of a 100 m2 house can vary depending on how many square metres of timber are needed to build a log house. In this example case, the price of a 100 m2 house could be between €17000 and €23000. The price may still vary depending on the number of internal rafter partitions and the height of the ceiling.
This is just an example and it is a fairly large house. Perhaps you need a smaller property that can be built on a smaller budget.
The price includes:
External log walls
Internal log walls
Overlays
Vaults
Roof
Balcony and Terrace construction
No, assembly is not included. This service is not very expensive. The price depends on where the parcel is located.
The cost of assembly in Lithuania for a 100 m2 house is between 2500 and 3500 €, while abroad, depending on the country, it is between 4000 and 6000 €.
A log house will last at least 100 years.
A 100 m2 house usually fits into one truck.
