Sawn timber

A wood product obtained by vertical sawing from at least two sides, is classified based on its visual appearance, primarily determined by criteria such as knot size, quantity, and placement. High-quality, straight-grained timber is derived from slowly grown forests, characterized by few branches, and small-sized knots, ensuring superior quality.

Planed timber

To enhance sawn timber, a common method is planing, resulting in rectangular or specifically profiled planed timber. The aim is a smooth surface devoid of sawing roughness or ridges. Planed timber finds applications in interior and exterior claddings as well as floorings.

Thermowood

Thermal modification is a process involving high temperatures (around 220°C) and steam. This method is applied to pine, spruce and ash producing thermo-wood, a non-toxic, dimensionally stable, decay-resistant, and resin-free material suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in any climate. Perfect for Cladding & Decking.
